I was introduced to the work of Steve Azzara when his picture of Ivy Supersonic was featured on our celebrity gossip website. Since then I have learned more about him - there is no Hollywood star that he has not photographed it seems. He has books to his credit: "Importaits: The Import Models" and "Naked with a Vengeance." For those of you who may not know much about import models - it generally means Asian models like Miki Ariyama or Kolohe Kudo or Ice Hashimoto or Caroline Leng.

Azzara also recently taped an episode of Dr 90210 for E! Television, after which he moved on to an exclusive photo shoot with the newly crowned Miss Universe, Zuleyka Rivera, for the January/February issue of Supermodels Unlimited magazine. Shying away from a traditional crown and gown shoot, Azzara went the hot pictorial route and shot her wearing two of New York's hottest designers, Keenan Dufty and Heatherette. Following immediately behind was rapper JoJo Pellegrino, American Juniors-winner, Katelyn Tarver and the Miss Teen America, Brittany Monico. In our office we have a HP zv5120us laptop computer and its screen went dark and blank for no reason in the summer of 2005.  While it was painful to lose a computer, it all worked out fine when we connected a Samsung Syncmaster 914v monitor to it in November since the computer itself was fine (it was only just 13 months old at the time any way).

But guess what, after more than 15 months, the laptop is working as if nothing happened.  Isn't this weird?  I am happy because we have our laptop that is now truly portable, but I wonder what HP will make of it - or maybe they don't care since they have probably seen it all.

If you are like most people and like Hollywood celebrities, you might often search for pictures of Hollywood celebrities.  Though not much, I also like a bit of celebrity gossip too but nothing too far fetched.  For example, magazines like OK! have speculated that just because Brangelina is in in India, they will adopt an Indian baby or get married in India.

But one good source of celebrity photos and gossip is Vibe. They have photos of Janet Jackson, Diddy, Usher, Beyonce, Monica, Shawna, Mya, Ciara, Rihanna, Ludacris, T.I. Chris Brown, Ne-Yo, Omarion, Melyssa Ford, Eva Pigford, Cassie, Lil' Kim, Pharrell, Tyra Banks, Christina Milian, Kelis, Danity Kane, Bobby Brown and Whitney Houston.

Adults of all ages are getting more and more brazen when it comes to Halloween parties. According to Richard Williamson of Pierre’s Costumes in Philadelphia, this holiday is a great way for young adults to dress up in a provocative manner without being labeled a tramp or a player.

The largest segment of buyers is as expected; college students, but it’s the other types of customers that you may not expect. Young 20 and 30 somethings are still anxious to relive those wild college days. They now have the means to throw the over the top toga party that they could not afford in college.  According to Williamson, the typical buyer is married and has young kids.  "People of all ages just want to let loose and have some fun every now and then," he says.

Several of my colleagues went to New York to attend NextFest and they looked at androids, Pinky Robot, and intergalactic travel, but this picture caught my attention. At a booth for something that is super high-tech, when they needed to charge their battery, all they could find was a piece of plain white paper and a pen (that did not write so well).
