What most people don't realize is that you can't just give up after the first time or the second time, you just have to keep going, because for a lot of people, the fat doesn't just drop off. I have a friend who discourages me simply by being gorgeous already, and dropping fat like it's nothing whenever she wants to, while I've spent three months just trying to whittle an inch and a half off my thighs! I get bored with my workouts and constantly have to buy new cardio videos and yoga videos, which is costly! But I know what I have to do, and I'm determined to do it, because even if it isn't soon, I know at least someday I'll reach my goal, if I just keep at it. And yeah; forget those magic pills. They're total bullsh*t. LmAo. -G.Funk posted by: introspection (reply) post date: 03.16.06 (9:30 am) Hey thanks for sharing your secret. It's really not that hard. posted by: rosietulips (reply) post date: 03.16.06 (9:44 am) Good work!! It's always encouraging when you know you're making progress :-) posted by: inkspector (reply) post date: 03.22.06 (9:16 am) Drink plenty of water to flush out your system. Cut out sugars. Drink green tea. Eat a full breakfast. Oatmeal is great. Eat dinner before 6 pm. Do not snack after 6 pm, just drink water. posted by: pink_helmet (reply) post date: 04.11.08 (7:43 am) The principle of weight loss is easy: Burn more calories through exercise than you eat and you will never gain weight! In practice it is much harder! |
