About ten years ago I went to New Orleans (Related: Mardi Gras costume photo) and with my girlfriend I was sitting on the waterfront (the part that supposedly got washed away after Hurricane Katrina). NOLA has always been a crazy place with people dressing sexy and some even exposing their breasts, but one girl that I saw had this beautiful sheer white dress (with white lace bra and panties, sadly) on and she was walking there with her man as if she just had a tracksuit. On a bright, sunny day, it was quite a sight to see a woman in an outfit that most ladies are shy to wear in their bedroom. But there are always these bold girls and this picture is one of those women.

I do not know dressing codes in US/NO ten years ago. In Europe today women frequently use white see-through dress (or trousers)as the lady in the picture.
My wife wears a similar see-through dress on holidays without any problem.
She does not like mini-skirts as they are too revealing.
Women are crazy!!
