I think what you might want to try are different positions in which she is comfortably able to spread her legs behind and you can then penetrate her.  You can also try to enter her from behind.  What I am suggesting is that if you can eliminate any body fat coming between the penis and the vagina, you can achieve deeper penetration.

If this does not work, your other option is to try to stimulate the walls of the vagina by moving yourself inside her in circular motion rather than back and forth manner.
